It’s a service you pay (like Real Debrid), and they do the torrenting and keep the most commonly requested files in their servers, so when you request something it’s either already there for you to stream, or they do the torrenting and then stream it to you. Since you don’t do the actual torrenting, ISPs don’t know about it.

Just that it is truly that “safe” as is described within that post. I guess since I have received letters in the past when using torrents it automatically makes me compare using Kodi addons for streaming directly to torrent usage. Although I completely understand the fact that the issue with torrents is the seeding/uploading piece that gets you.
