How Do I Install/Use the NordVPN speed test tool?

I was just reading a blog on the NordVPN site and saw their NordVPN speed test tool mentioned. I would like to use it to test my speed. The article referred me to a GitHub site to read how to use it. When I went there it was nothing but gibberish to me. I thought there would be a file I could download and then run. Could anyone look at the link below and tell me how I would be able to use it? Thanks.

If you don’t mind could you look at the paragraph in this article under the heading “How to test your VPN speed”. This is the paragraph that has the link that I posted.

Am I misreading what it is saying?
