Even when I’m connected it will say “nord vpn connected” and it never goes away and it’s super annoying.

I remember what restarting windows explorer would fix most of the time such cases

Hover over the nordvpn icon in the taskbar. That will make it go away.

I’ve noticed that tooltips in various applications occasionally bug out on top of everything, it’s somewhat random. It appears to be visual bug though, thus restarting the application or the device should get rid of it for good.

Happens to me too but I haven’t found a solution that isn’t restarting the whole app (and boy have I searched, I’m just not finding it). Good luck in your search, don’t leave the rest of us behind and update here if you do find the solution lol

just had the same issue, so annoying. solution; just restart. Worked for me

click the nord icons in the system tray next to the clock. it will open the nord dash, minimize it, it should be gone.

it’s not just me? Restart is the only thing that worked. Let me guess; Windows 11?
