You need a VPN to reroute your IP to Japanese IP, and just register an account at DMM. The Japan account will not and cannot link to your English account. I’m not sure how the DMM account will link to the Japanese Touken Ranbu Pocket app, though, since I’ve never tried it.
The last time I used it many years ago, it’s the same as EN from app store version with ID and password thing. No account login like Johren version.
