I checked their history. Their previous matches have majority Myanmar flags. These players use different flags sometimes, but they’re still from Myanmar. Just like the Alucard jungler that has a Japanese flag.

They do that to get the chance of a bot match, they couldn’t care less if they lose 1, 2 or even 4 matches in a row as long as they win 10 matches later, the surplus will allow them to rank-up.
Yeah the point of the VPN is to make your ping bad enough to be put in bot matches rather than real matches.
No. The game is totally available in Myanmar. It always has been since launch. Moonton is probably the only foreign game company that cares about Myanmar the most. (Burmese translation and Burmese dedicated official channel with Burmese dubs for animations were unheard of before ML)
What is actually restricted is stuff like Facebook and Twitter.
Facebook was pretty huge here. So people need VPN to continue using those social sites to stay connected or to receive important news and announcements.
Those people on your server probably forgot to turn off the VPN after using Facebook for the daily news.
And most people who use Facebook aren’t knowledgeable with VPNs. They just use free VPNs and just let the app connect to whatever is available
