Has anyone seen the update yet? I’m waiting with my 7 pro, and still slightly annoyed that the VPN bundled with my 2TB is going away.
Great news is with The update on the 5th, Google VPN STILL covers our Pixel 7’s! I also have a Pixel 4 XL, which I’m going to unsync with my Pixel 7 Pro & my Google Pixel Fitbit Watch 2, just to be safe! 
It’s not that great! I used to use the Google one VPN on my Chromebook, which arguably is more in need of a VPN than a phone. I’ll keep the VPN on the phone but lose it on the Chromebook.
All I use is my phone, NOW, but I agree! I used a HW VPN on my notebook, Surf shark, affordable and HIGHLY SECURE
