Yeah, now try with WARP instead of WARP+. Your server should remain same. Back when I tested the speeds, WARP and WARP+ had same speeds for me and doing some research suggested the same.

Yeah i bugged the proton customer care a lot about this and they replied that their servers in Pakistan conform to their data privacy policies and if they are ever under government pressure to handover data they would simply move their servers out
