Can anyone recommend a solid provider for the firestick .

My current provider isn’t streaming this league

Yep, and then watch on mobile app, or use an HDMI cable + laptop to a TV. They have blocks on casting/screen mirroring.

£10 a game is a rip off

I just stream it from the Amazon Silk browser native on the Firestick and it works great.

also need a decent VPN as well maybe Nord or something idk

If you get the season pass it works out to ~£3/game.

I don’t use it for this, but i’ve had good luck with Windscribe for VPN. There’s lots of “50GB free monthly” stuff, and for basic stuff its like 2 bucks a month or something.
