Is anyone else having trouble logging onto canvas? The screen where it makes you go through the two-factor authentication just shows a blank box so I can’t log in lol. It’s been like this for me for the past couple days, is this happening to anyone else or is this just an issue with my computer?
This also kept happening to me! I had the idea of connecting my computer to UF’s VPN (which I already had set up) and it was working again but only when still connected to the VPN. Even if you don’t have it already set up, it’s worth a try to install it. I have no idea why it’s going blank all of a sudden
Yep, I’ve been seeing a lot of this. It’s an internet issue (likely with Cox so nothing you can really do). As the other comment pointed out, VPN will work, as will connecting to a cell phone hotspot, getting past the Duo push, then reconnecting to your WiFi.
So this was happening on my phone and I had to turn off the Content & Privacy Restrictions setting. Maybe you have something like that on your computer?
I’m experiencing this same screen but on my phone and only on safari from my computer. I’ve tried using chrome on my phone and I’m getting the same thing. Boohiss:ghost:

Just fixed it. saw a post saying to turn of content and privacy restrictions in setting (im on iphone).
