Does anyone know where I can watch French cartoons?

I’m on holiday from school and I’m honestly too lazy to do anything else so I’m hoping cartoons are a great way to learn. I’m talking bob l’éponge etc

If you have an addblock this is the best site there’s basically every cartoon that was dubbed in French ever I always find whatever I’m searching for

Two recommendations.

  1. If you have the money: there is a site called Yabla that is about $12 but they have lots of older educational cartoon clips. They also have a system called “scribe” where you listen to the clips scene by scene and have to practice your listening skills by typing out what you hear.

  2. if you have a VPN: I recommend ici.tout.tv to watch some Quebecois cartoons. They usually have subtitles too. My favorite was <<Belle et Sébastien>>. The opening theme song is sung by québécoise chanteuse Cœur de Pirate.

There is Peppa pig in french for free on YouTube!! I find it’s good because the vocab is fairly simply but I (personally) can watch it without subtitles and still understand it for the most part

If you have a VPN, you can watch some cartoons on France TV

I made an account on TFOU and watch cartoons on there (you’ll need a VPN to connect to France). It’s a free French tv channel

If you have a VPN, the TF1 website allows you to stream all of their channels, some of which are dedicated to cartoons.

It works for me but there’s also this one that should work.

I just wish there was one that allows me to watch El Tigre: The adventures of manny rivera
