For example, I could be downloading something but wanna play a game straight after I’ve finished my download. Do I just keep the VPN on entirely no matter what I’m doing or should I turn it off for gaming, buying stuff on Amazon… etc etc? If you could ELI5 that would be cool.
I turn it off when ever I do any access to my financial account transactions. Many of them expect me to log in from a given location and when I log in from an unknown location they insist on extra log in steps to prove I am who I claim to be.
