Disney+ PrivateVPN not working

Hi, I recently subscribed to PrivateVPN after reading numerous reviews stating that it works with Disney+, including claims on their own website. However, after setting it up on my MacBook, it’s not working at all. I suspected it might be a cookie issue, so I tried using an incognito window, but I still get a “something went wrong” error on the login page before even reaching the login screen.

What to do next?

Yes, because some VPNs won’t allow the user to log into the service, only use the service after logging in.
