Essentially yes. You have to pay using gift cards as a non Turkish card can lead to the account being shut down, if you get it added at all. The VPN isn’t needed to add the gift card credit, just to set the account up.
If you want something without problems I suggest you buy regions that don’t have geo lock such as Pakistan or Nigeria I personally bought 1 months Pakistan from a guy and works without Any problem

No, once the account has been created a VPN is never needed after the initial 30 days. Turkish accounts are geo-locked to Turkey for the initial 30 days but after that, no VPN is needed.

Basically yes. I don’t know how a TV could use a VPN to be honest. I just used it on my laptop to set the account up and then never used it for 30 days. Set it up as the one device 720p plan and then changed it to the higher one 30 days later
That’s usually only needed if you’re trying to add a payment method. Adding a non Turkish payment method will just result in the account being cancelled. You have to pay with gift cards and then no number is required

The Turkish gift cards worked. No phone number needed when using Brave browser on iPad. I see the account is locked to Turkey. After that I can use without VPN. I can keep loading up on Turkish gift cards as well? I won’t need VPN to redeem the cards? Thanks!
