Currently residing in the USA, was wondering what sort of legal crypto casino’s are available to USA users. Ive done some research and i’ve found that alot of them have negative reviews in regards to withdraws and “fraudulent activity”. Looking for something user friendly and trustworthy that people in the USA have utilized without flaw and obviously with a good mix of games. Thank you!
FortuneJack, NitrogenSports hands down - they don’t ask for documents and you don’t need VPN etc.
If you win huge, and the casino needs to verify your identity, best case scenario, you might get your deposits back.
It is a red flag how many people are brushing off the KYC as not being a big deal.
You have literally zero protection as a player who is playing from the United States.
If you use a VPN, use a site like whoer.net and see if it gets detected.

I know that you already read my comment on your previous post, but if you are looking to do some additional research, here is a list of online casinos that, as an American, I can say I have successfully withdrawn at least $1,000 from:
Stake, Roobet, Gamdom, Bitcasino, Cloudbet, Fortunejack, Duelbits, Rollbit
Not claiming that they are all good sites, just stating that I’ve been able to withdraw from them. Most of which have been instant. I think Fortunejack was the only one that took like 30 mins.
America’s Cardroom, Intertops & BetOnline
I’ve used fortunejack for awhile. Started getting better about my discipline so i’ve been withdrawing a lot more this year.
withdraws are usually really quick, withdrew 0.5btc recently, took like 2 days due to “security check” but that was it. They didnt ask for info from me, from what i gather they basically scrutinize your account to make sure you dont have multiple accounts (a big no-no) before sending off your withdrawal.
Never been KYC’d, just a phone # and email. i use vpn, i try to make sure i use the same one everytime.
Never really had an issue at all with em for like 2 years now
Roobet Stake Bustabit are good starting options if you aren’t fond of KYC. If you’re ok with it, I’d recommend Bovada. The first sites I mentioned have extremely easy withdraws.
Bovada (and its sister sites: Ignition, Cafe Casino, Slots.lv), 3Dice, Winaday, Slotland, RTG sites (like Slotocash, Intertops, CasinoMax, Casino Extreme) are all sites that accept Americans and use crypto. I always recommend a good affiliate site like CasinoListings.com (my favorite), Wizard of Odds, or Casino Meister for more critical reviews of sites (many affiliate sites still advertise rogue casinos because they don’t care if you get screwed, they still get theirs) to find a trustworthy site that accepts US players. Specifically head here: https://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/usa-accepted
Personally, I think using a site like Roobet which *specifically* prohibits Americans and using a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions is a completely unnecessary risk. You never know if/when they will change their KYC policy and make you verify your identity, at which point you’re screwed out of your winnings when they realize you’re from the US.
2 more things: never deposit or withdraw directly from/to crypto exchanges like Coinbase. Gambling is almost always prohibited activity by them and they will eventually ban your crypto account. Always use an intermediate wallet. And track all your crypto purchases/sells because come tax time, you’ll have to report it all.
Edit: why the fuck do people downvoted 100% legitimate advice on this stupid sub???
These are my main casinos
Anonymous Casino
Mbit
Fortunejack
Yabby Casino (they claim to be anonymous. Hope it stays that way)
Cryptowild KYCd me, but just for verification purposes
Ok stupid question here. If I go on roobet, gamdom etc using a VPN don’t I have to register using an address or something to make deposit? How would that work as they would see my deposit from a US bank
Roobet and stake aren’t allowed in the us but I have withdrawn 1k total from both of them and haven’t been kyc’d
i withdrew 20k from stake and im in the us lol
i live in the us but want to use stake, how do i do that
Sorry if I offend for necro’ing this thread, but do you use a VPN?
Don’t mean to take over this post with my thoughts, but I can attest that ACR and Bovada are both great for poker. Also both good options if you’re big on video poker (I think both have 9/6 Jacks or Better).
And as much as I hate the live dealer blackjack software on both sites, I do believe that having the option to surrender, double after a split, and dealer peek for a BJ is definitely a plus.
My biggest issue with ACR is withdrawal times.
Finally, I did have my my biggest slot win ever on Bovada (back in late 2015). $60k win on a $100 bet playing Greedy Goblins, but I still think the crypto casinos have MUCH better slot offerings.
Glad to hear this. Given that Fortunejack is owned by N1 Casino, I would have thought for sure they would KYC you on a larger withdrawal. Good news.
I just get nervous about withdrawing from roobet.
Roobet specifically prohibits US players and VPN usage. Yes I know tons of people do it anyway, but hit a big jackpot and see if they don’t start asking questions or preventing a withdrawal. To me its a completely unnecessary risk when plenty of other sites do allow Americans (unless you’re specifically on Roobet for certain games and you are aware of and willing to take the risk of not getting paid).
Roobet requires a KYC for withdrawals above 20k. I can personally verify this. Stake has no issue.
