I’ve been comparing both for a while and I don’t seem to find any difference yet. 
The differentiators are the added VPN and expanded Phishing Alerts.
Looks like Advanced has been axed. When I check my account it says that once my Advanced subscription expires they will put me in the worthless Free tier. So if I want to keep this service I’ll have to pay for the higher priced premium plan. I already have ProtonVPN so I don’t need another VPN.
But isn’t advanced more expensive? What does it add?
No. Advanced was (finally) introduced as a price-competitive offering for LastPass, 1Password, etc. None of those include VPN in their mid-tier package and this difference had priced out DashLane for the customer base which already has solutions for this.
Premium offers vpn and advanced doesn’t.
But, I don’t think Dashlane offers the Advanced plan anymore. Don’t quote me though.
