Connect iPVanish OpenVPN

Hi,
I’m trying to connect my IPVanish account with libreelec 12.0.1 on rpi4 on the OpenVPN Manager (GitHub - Zomboided/service.vpn.manager: VPN plugin for Kodi).
I followed the tutorial from IPVanish as well (https://support.ipvanish.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002080053-Setting-Up-OpenVPN-on-LibreELEC-Kodi) but I always get an error.
I tried multiple servers but can not get a connection. I don’t know what to do. Anyone can help me?
