CloudFlare Warp blocked by a major Indian ISP - Reliance Jio 🤷

Looks like around a month back Reliance Jio started blocking CloudFlare Warp. 1.1.1.1 with Warp doesn’t work and gets stuck on “Connecting”. Sometimes the UI shows connected but the internet dies. Plain 1.1.1.1 works.

[Some comments in the above threads from few days back state that it started working for them, see the latest comments that the block is back, plus I can confirm from my daily use.]

any workaround we have?

Blocked by Railwire too. Was working last week. But stuck on connecting now.

Edit: You can get Cloudflare Teams basic subscription for free as a workaround. I can confirm this method works for Jio and Railwire. There are videos in YouTube you can look into for the method.

Recently I’ve resolved similar issue in Egypt. You can find the details by the following link:

Unable to find it on Google Play Store :smiling_face_with_tear:

Any official information from cloudflare?

we’ll see more ISPs pulling such stunts in future. i don’t use WARP but do use Cloudflare DoH. so far my ISP is ok with it but you never know when they’ll flip.

same problem here with Railwire

Why? Is jio doing dpi?

I’ve been saying this to anyone who’ll listen, do not use Jio if you value your privacy at all.

I’m not fan of the costly charges by Airtel neither am i ambassador but boy, they are secure. I heard their employees were even advised not to use WhatsApp. Their employees use really secure network themselves.
I use BSNL and now added Airtel Xtreme Fiber. Too new to complain anything.

Is there any alternative

Solution is to use Cloudflare for Teams. Also, you get WARP for free in that upto a certain cap.

fuck off jio neither it’s working on laptop nor on phone.

Jio and Railwire is now blocking all the UDP ports required for Cloudfare warp.

Idiots!! keeps pulling these stunts.

It’s working flawlessly for me, on Jio Fiber. Just found about it today and removed Proton VPN.

clear data of CloudFlare app, go to android settings and clear credentials certificate. relaunch CloudFlare app and it will connect with warp. from what i know is that Indian isp and governmint is secretly installing spyware certificates in android phones

i use alliance broadband internet and today i used adguard home with adguard dns QUIC

sometime it works and encrypts and most of the time it doesn’t so it was working and then i opened this website https://ipleak.net/ and due to encryption it wasnt showing any DNS address(es) after 100 auto tries suddenly my internet goes out i try to fix it, it doesnt work then i check my phone the internet works there but not on my pc then i changed my pc’s mac address then internet worked then i started using warp bamn internet died again after a minute changed mac again. after that my router page was acting weird it showed me i have other page where my router page is logged in and it will close but i dont have any open router page window after repeating this horror for 4 to 5 times,

after that i started adguard home it did sent query to adguard dns server but its not showing any actual query neither on adguard home local or the adguard dns server

after that i did dns port check on a random website it shows my isp that usually blocks all ports port except for 80 (which redirects me to isp account page) now they suddenly opened 53 port that is used for DNS

vote better next time idk

Is it still blocked by Jiofiber right now, or is it’s unblocked.Because, im trying to play GeForce now starhub and I’m getting 200+ ms ping. With warp it was halved like 100ms.But from past few days, I’m experiencing unable to connect and even if it’s connected it is showing same ping 200+ms but with packet loss.Even i tried the cloudflare zero trust, it halved my ping but the packet loss is innumerable.

Please guys, i need someone’s suggestion and support for this to be fixed.
