Norton intervened this morning by disconnecting my internet access as “unsafe.” I have Surfshark VPN and Surfshark Antivirus, and a clean install. I don’t believe my connection is unsafe.
I tried to uninstall Norton from Windows, which gives me no other option but to open the Norton uninstall utility. It comes up in a corrupted window that hides the button to click on. I am unable to proceed. I have tried different screen resolutions to the same result.
Is there a way to remove Norton Security Ultra without using the Norton uninstall utility?
Resolved (I hope)
When the window came up, I hit “tab” and then “enter.” Apparently the default was “cancel.” Even though I couldn’t see it, the curser must have moved to “uninstall.”
Norton is more annoying than any virus I ever had.

Tried it. It just opens the same Norton uninstaller window that won’t work, because the window is too small to show the uninstall button, and you can’t scroll, resize or anything to make it work.
Try uninstalling it in Safe Mode.
