Can't enable Obfuscated Servers (Win 8)

Someone on this sub said that you can enable it through preferences but I don’t have that menu. My country is at war right now and most vpns are blocked (even NordVPN).

So how do I enable Obfuscated servers?

If you’re using the Windows app you can find the option to enable Obfuscated servers under the “Advanced” tab in the settings menu. Note, that you need to have OpenVPN UDP or TCP set as the connection protocol to be able to enable Obfuscated servers. You can change the connection protocol under the Auto-connect settings tab.

So, are you saying that VPN would work on Windows 10?

I mean the speed is slower, but I can’t use the vpn otherwise because mmy country restricts it
