Are you guys ok? It’s been more than year according to similar posts and it’s not fixed yet, is it legal at all to do not have this option?
Siriusxm requires a phone call… Some companies make it a hassle hoping you won’t do it. It’s not illegal as long as there is an option.
Only thing I could find on the website is you have to contact them to cancel
I cancelled my subscription with them about 3 weeks ago. Sent then a message via the contact form. They emailed me the next day asking me if I could give a reason and if it was an issue I had with the is there anything they could do to put it right. I explained that come my renewal I was not sure if I would renew and that is decided closer to the time, I’d like to cancel the auto renewal in case I decide not to renew and get charged.
The next day they replied, thanking me for the explanation, they fully understand and confirmed cancellation. Also saying that if there is any issues between now and when my subscription ends please get in contact.
So far I can complain about Nord really, I’ve used the service for almost a year, yes I’ve had issues but they have been solved either by me searching on here or Google or extremely quickly via customer support.
I don’t believe they have an issue with people camcelling, they just want feedback and this way there is more chance of getting it. If we don’t feedback then as far as they are concerned all is good with the service .
I hate that more and more places are requiring phone calls for that. Phone calls stress me out!
I’ve been trying to cancel for two weeks now. Have sent three emails to the support email on this page, no reply. When I click on Live Chat, nothing happens.
Really annoyed I forked out for a two-year subscription. It’s much slower than ExpressVPN, keeps wanting to update, and doesn’t work with some web pages. Express VPN works fine.
Their 30-day refund policy doesn’t seem to mean jack.
