Anyone using Mac OS seen this error before?

Downloaded the NordVPN app onto my Mac, logged on via the NordVPN authentication website and then when it tried to open the NordVPN app I am seeing this error.
Password isn’t the issue as it passed the log in setup via the authentication website but the issue is when it then tried to open the NordVPN app for Mac OS.

I had an issue originally when I first got Nord on Mac it was a few years ago but I remember opening a ticket and getting it sorted very quickly.

Let me reiterate that NordVPN works on my primary mac os account. When I log into a secondary account on my mac os it doesn’t work.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in again? Sometimes that helps to clear any glitches. Probably a good idea to clear cookies and the cache in the login browser as well.

Edit; as an afterthought you could try logging in to your secondary account first after logging out.

There’s also this. I had the same issue a year or two ago and recall that locking/unlocking the keychain fixed it. You may have to repeat the process.

Thanks. I think the issue might be NordVPN requires super admin access to work and only one profile on Mac can have super user access not two.

Thanks, yes I did this on the NordVPN website, having difficulty at the moment locking and unlocking the keychain. Not sure why.
