I can recommend softether vpn client + vpn gate client plugin. It does the work for me it’s free but every time you have to find a VPN that isn’t detected by anti VPN typically the russian, Ukrainian, Poland… servers are the best only some times get recognised by anti VPN.
try using cloudflare warp, they have an unlimited free plan, but you cant choose server or server location
The best one for cheating is liquid proxy. But it is expensive. The next best is probably Mysterium
The best vpn for hypixel is PIA because the have the most nodes

Mullvad VPN is the best paid vpn and Riseup/Proton vpn are good free ones
Use mullvad or make your own with a cheap vps for like 12$ an year
I use Windscribe, there’s a good free option and you can get pro for 39usd annually on a deal at the moment or 3usd a month with customisable plans. Proton vpn is also good
