I don’t have the built-in VPN turned on, my internet connection is fine, I use NordVPN but I’ve tried disabling it to access the site, I’ve disabled my firewall, I tried the same site on chrome, I’ve reset my browser cookies and still, nothing is working to get this site accessible. Any ideas?
FIXED:
I force closed NordVPN and re-opened it. I then disabled the “Web Protection” service in the NordVPN app and the Opera domain sites started working again. I whitelisted the Opera domains and they still work.
This sounds like an unintended side effect on NordVPN’s part.

Just checked and the page loaded fine here. How are you trying to access it? Using the menu? Typing the address?
https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/ specifically loads for me for what it’s worth.

What exactly error message is given?
I know you tried with and without a VPN, but what country are you in?
Does it happen in any other browser?
In a test standalone installation of Opera GX?
