Use a wayback machine. Regardless, this is irrelevant for most use cases today from my experience. SSL VPN tunnels now require 2FA of some sort to establish, be it SBL or regular connection. Always on cert based SFA tunnels may have been a thing of the past.

Again, basically double for Fortinet to host. You’re better off at 100 licenses to host on prem if you have VMwate / HyperV/KVM or whatever available to host a Windows Server instance. Definitely compatible with 2016/2019… check the release notes to see if 2022 Server is supported (I’m not sure, and tied up at the moment, no time to look for you).
