My downloads on Steam are crazy slow compared to all my other devices and it seems that way for a long time and I’m just wondering

If you do not think you intentionally installed their software then I would strongly suggest calling or emailing them and requesting that their tech support walk you through uninstalling their software.

Be polite, but be firm and don’t take no for an answer: If they want to be viewed as a legitimate software company, they have to help people uninstall their software.

Yes. Yes. Uninstall. If you want a decent free AV, look at Kaspersky Free or Bitdefender Antivirus Free.

Did you download uTorrent recently? if so please reinstall Windows or install an antivirus software such as Avast to remove it as it’s a Bitcoin miner.

I have since uninstalled, the application but I will contact them.

uTorrent isn’t a bitcoin miner.

If a miner was on your system, you wouldn’t need to reinstall Windows.
